It's helpful to a point...
Sure, they can draw better, but you should now teach them to animate. Being able to draw is only half of the equation. Maybe after that, you could teach better story telling.

What about Clerks, Chasing Amy, Dogma, Vulgar, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill, Donnie Darko, Bowling for Columbine, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, Dr. Strangelove, The Silence of the Lambs, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Trainspotting, Sling Blade, Platoon, and Chicago?
And that's just a small handfull. I'll bet you've liked at least one of them. What you are (probably) trying to make fun of is bad student films. Call it what it is and stop giving independent films a bad name. :)
Anyway, pretty good flash work. But you need to check your spelling.
